INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING ONLINE APPLICATIONS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF ON-LINE APPLICATION

General Instructions:
1. Read the Instructions carefully and select"I Agree" and Press 'START' button to proceed further.
2. For detailed Notification/Detailed modalities, click, 'Recruitment for the post of Jr. Assistant (Fire Service) 'and read it carefully before filling-up the on-line application.
3. Before start of filling-up of application through on-line mode, the candidate should keep ready, the following relevant details/ scanned copies of documents for uploading, as applicable:
  1. Valid E-mail ID & Mobile Number.
  2. Scanned copy of the recent passport size color Photograph (not older than 3 weeks). Candidates should ensure that the same photograph is used throughout this recruitment process.
  3. Scanned signature.
  4. Matriculation Certificate as proof of Date of Birth (10th Passed Certificate).
  5. Intermediate (12th Pass) Certificate or Certificate of Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Fire with minimum 50% Marks
  6. Caste Certificate in respect of reserved categories (OBC Non Creamy Layer, SC/ST).
  7. Domicile Certificate.
  8. Valid Driving License (Heavy/Medium/Light Motor).
  9. Discharge Certificate (for Ex-Serviceman).
  10. Details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking for making payment through online mode.
4. Category [Unreserved, OBC-NCL, SC & ST] and Sub-Category [ ExS ] once filled-in by candidate in the on-line application form will not be changed and no benefit of other category will be admissible. Candidates to ensure and re-check that the particulars filled in are correct in all respects before final submission of application.
5. Only Indian Nationals fulfilling eligibility criteria are eligible to apply.

How to Apply:
I. Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and to ensure that it is active during the entire recruitment process. Application sequence number, User ID, Password and all other important communication will be sent on the same registered e-mail ID (please ensure that email sent to this mail box is not redirected to your junk/spam folder)
II. Candidates should take utmost care in furnishing/providing the correct details while filling-up the on-line application. YOU CAN EDIT THE INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION. Once the Form is submitted, it can’t be edited.
III. The process for submitting the application for Recruitment to the post of Jr. Assistant (Fire Service) is given below:
Step-I: Sign-up by filling up Post Applied Name, Mobile No. and E-mail ID. The candidates will receive Application Sequence No (User ID) & Password on their registered ID.
Step-II & III: Re-login and select the category and fill up the Personal Details, Qualification Details, Upload relevant documents (photo/signature/ relevant certificates) and submit Fee online via HDFC PayU (if applicable) using either of net banking, debit cards or credit cards.

STEP-I Registration
a. Candidates agreeing the terms & conditions of the recruitment may apply by clicking 'I Agree' Checkbox given below and press the 'START' button.
b. Sign-up by filling-up Post Applied, Name, Mobile No. and E-mail ID.
c. On completion of Step-I, after clicking ‘SUBMIT’ Button, the candidates will receive Application Sequence No., User ID & Password on their E-mail ID.

STEP-II Filling-up of Application
d After registration, candidate has to Re-login and fill-up Personal Details, Qualification Details, Eligibility Details, and Upload photo/signature & submit Fee (if applicable) through Online mode via Debit card, Credit card or Internet Banking. For filling up these details, four different tabs have been provided and will display on the top of the screen.
e Instructions regarding scanning of Photograph, Signature and Certificates: Candidates should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph and signature in Jpg/jpeg format as per the process given below:

i. Photograph Image:

  • Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture on light background (not older than 03 weeks).
  • Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
  • The size of the scanned image should be up to 100kb in jpg/ jpeg format only.

ii. Signature image:

  • The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black ink pen.
  • The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
  • Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page.
  • Size of file should be up to 100kb in Jpg/jpeg format only.

ii. Certificate image:

  • Please scan the relevant Certificates.
  • The size of file for certificates should be up to 1 MB in jpg/jpeg/PDF format only.
f Once the application is submitted, candidates automatically will be redirected to Payment Gateway (HDFC PayU) to deposit the fee of Rs. 1000/- against each application for the post of Junior Assistant (Fire Service) through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/Wallets.
No Application Fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to exempted categories viz., Women, SC, ST & Ex-Serviceman and accordingly, the steps for payment of fees will not be applicable to them for submitting online application form.
g Guidelines for remittance of application fee are as under:
  • Post submission of application, the candidate will be re-directed to HDFC Payment Gateway to make the online payment of application fees.
  • Kindly verify the details and make payment of application fee via appropriate 'Mode of Payment'.
  • Pay 'online' using Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Payment Wallet.
  • Candidate may keep the payment transaction number for future reference.
