CANDIDATES SHOULD READ AND UNDERSTAND THE DETAILED MODALITIES GIVEN AT OAVS WESITE AND SATISFY THAT HE/SHE FULLFILLS ALL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND NORMS MENTION THEREIN FOR THE POST BEFORE FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION AS THE CANDIDATURE IS LIABLE TO BE CANCELLED IF FOUND INELIGIBLE FOR THE POST AT LATER STAGES OF SELECTION PROCESS PENDING SCRUTINY OF ELGIBILY AND VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS REGARDING ELIGIBLITY.

Instructions For SubmiSSION OF On-line Application

General Instructions:
1. Read the Instructions carefully and select "I Agree" and Press 'START' button to proceed further.
2. For detailed Notification/Detailed modalities, click hereand read it carefully before filling-up the on-line application.

3. Before start of filling-up of application through on-line mode, the candidate should keep ready, the following details/ documents:
  1. Valid E-mail ID & Mobile Number.
  2. Scanned copy of the recent passport size color Photograph (not older than 3 weeks). Candidates should ensure that the same photograph is used throughout this recruitment process.
  3. Scanned signature.
4. Category [UR; SEBC; SC; ST; PWD; VI; HI; LD] once filled by candidate in the on-line application form will not be changed and no benefit of other category will be admissible.
5. Only Indian Nationals fulfilling eligibility criteria should apply.

How to Apply
I. Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and to ensure that it is active during the entire recruitment process. Application sequence number, User ID, Password and all other important communication will be sent on the same registered e-mail ID (please ensure that email sent to this mail box is not redirected to your junk/spam folder).
II. Candidates should take utmost care in furnishing/providing the correct details while filling-up the on-line application. YOU CAN EDIT THE INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION. Once the Form is submitted, it can’t be edited.
III. The process for submitting the application for Recruitment of Principal & Teachers in OAVS is given below:
Step-I: Sign-up by filling-up Post Applied, Name, , Mobile No. and E-mail ID. The candidates will receive Application Sequence No (User ID) & Password on their registered ID.
Step-II: Re-login and complete Personal Details, Qualification Details, Upload relevant documents (photo, signature, etc) and submit Fee (as applicable) through Online mode via Debit card, Credit card or Internet Banking through State Bank Multi Option Payment System.
IV. The step by step process for submitting the application form for the Recruitment of Principal & Teachers in OAVS is given below:
Step-I: Registration of Personal Details, Contact details. Login Id and password will be sent to your registered e-Mail Id & registered Mobile No.
Step-II: Login to complete the Personal Details, Eligibility Details, Qualification Details, Declaration etc. alongwith uploading of Photo, Signature & required certificates/documents.
Step-III: The payment of Application Fee (as applicable) after 24 to 36 hours through Online mode via Debit card, Credit card or Internet banking through State Bank collect System of State Bank of India.Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn and Fee once paid will neither be refunded nor adjusted.

STEP-I : Registration
a. Candidates agreeing the terms & conditions may apply by clicking 'I Agree' Checkbox given below and pressing the 'Start' button.
b. Sign-up by filling-up Post Applied, Name, Mobile No. and E-mail ID. The candidates will receive User ID & Password on their registered email ID.
c. On completion of Step-I candidates will receive User ID(Application Sequence No) & Password on their registered email ID.

STEP-II : Filling-up of Application
d After registration, candidate has to Re-login and complete Personal Details, Qualification Details, Upload photo/signature and submit the Fee(as applicable)through Online mode via Debit card, Credit card or Internet Banking through State Bank of India & Other Banks under State Bank Multi Option Payment System.
e Instructions regarding scanning of Photograph and Signature : Candidates should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph and signature in Jpg/jpeg format , as per the process given below:

i. Photograph Image:

  • Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture on light background (not older than 03 weeks).
  • Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
  • The size of the scanned image should be between 100KB and should be in jpg/ jpeg format only.

ii. Signature image:

  • The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black ink pen.
  • The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
  • Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page.
  • Size of file should be between 100KB and should be in Jpg/jpeg format only.

After uploading Photo and Signature images, Click on "Submit" button then Application will be submitted and It will be showing on screen "Your application has been successfully submitted and Payment is pending".
f Candidate needs to re-login and click the link/tab “Make Online Payment” active after 24 to 36 hours of submission of the application (Step-II). Once SB Collect of State Bank of India portal is opened, then DO NOT click Refresh or Back Button. Once the application is submitted, candidates automatically will go to "Make Online Payment"( active after 24 to 36 hours of submission of the application (Step-II)) and deposit the Fee of Rs.1500/- for Principal Post and Rs.1000/- for Teachers Posts through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
  • The bank charges and service tax as applicable will be charged extra.
  • There will not be exemption for payment of fees for any category as per detailed modalities.
g. Steps to be followed in SB Collect portal for Online Payment:
  1. System will redirect you on OAVS page of State Bank Collect Portal.
  2. Select Category "OAVS Application Fee".
  3. Enter Application Sequence Number
  4. Kindly check & confirm the details shown on the screen i.e Name of Applicant, Post, Category& Application fee etc., then click on Submit/confirm Button.
  5. On next screen, select the Online Payment Option.
  6. Kindly make the online payment via Credit or Debit card or Net banking and retain the transaction number for future reference.

After successful completion, the candidate can check the payment status in the online application, after a day of making payment.
