IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

NOTE:

  1. THE APPLICATION LINK HAS BEEN RE-OPENED FOR ONLY THOSE CANDIDATES WHO WISH TO CHANGE/UPDATE/WITHDRAW THE ALREADY SUBMITTED APPLICATION AS PER THE CHANGES MENTIONED IN CORRIGENDEM DATED 26TH Feb 2020 FOR ALL 26 POSTS.
  2. KINDLY NOTE THAT IF CANDIDATE DOES NOT UPDATE OR FAILS TO UPDATE HIS/HER DETAILS THEN CURRENT APPLICATION DETAILS SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS FINAL FOR EXAMINATION AND NO CHANGE/UPDATE SHALL BE ENTERTAINED AT THE LATER STAGE OF RECRUITMENT PROCESS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
  3. ALL COMPUTATIONS OF AGE, POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE ETC., SHALL BE AS ON 1ST NOVEMBER,2019 OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION. DATE OF ISSUANCE OF FINAL MARK SHEET SHALL BE TAKEN AS THE DATE OF ACQUIRING QUALIFICATION.
  4. CANDIDATES IN THEIR OWN INTEREST ARE ADVISED NOT TO WAIT TILL THE LAST DATE AND TIME TO SUBMIT THEIR APPLICATIONS. EESL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF CANDIDATES ARE NOT ABLE TO SUBMIT THEIR APPLICATIONS DUE TO THE LAST-MINUTE RUSH.
  5. PLEASE RETAIN THE PRINTOUT OF THE APPLICATION FORM AND PAYMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT SLIP (if applicable) WITH YOU FOR FUTURE REFERENCES.
  6. PLEASE DO NOT SEND HARD COPY OF THE APPLICATION FORM OR ANY DOCUMENTS TO THE OFFICE OF EESL.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING ONLINE APPLICATIONS

General Instructions:
1. Read the Instructions carefully and select "I Agree" and Press 'Start' button to proceed further.
2. For detailed Notification/Advertisement, click here and for Corrigendum click herePlease read it carefully before filling the on-line application.
3. Before start of filling-up of application through on-line mode, the candidate should keep ready, the following details/documents:
  1. Scanned copy of the recent passport size color Photograph (not older than 3 weeks). Candidates should ensure that the same photograph is used throughout this recruitment process.
  2. Scanned signature.
4. Category [General (UR)/EWS/SC/ST/OBC/PWD] once filled by candidate in the on-line application form will not be changed and no benefit of other category will be admissible.

How to Apply:
I. The candidate’s email and mobile number shall not be updated and remain same which were already given at the time of registration. All further communications shall be made to this email id and mobile number.
II. Candidates should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while filling in the on-line application. YOU CAN EDIT THE INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION .Once the form is submitted, it can't be edited. Candidate will not get another chance to fill the form.
III. The step by step process for submitting the application form for the Recruitment for various posts on regular basis is given below:
Step-I: The candidates will login the application form using already assigned Application Sequence no.(User ID) and Password at the time of Sign-up/Registration.
Step-II: After Login, the candidate have to select from three available options i.e. update/do not want to update/withdraw and proceed to fill up or update the Details according to selected option - (Personal & Qualification Details, upload relevant documents (photo/signature) and submit the application.(No fee applicable for change/update of application)) or banking details to withdraw the application and fee (if applicable).

IV. Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn/updated/changed. Hence it is requested to kindly check and confirm before final submission of application.

STEP-I Login
a. Candidates agreeing the terms & conditions may apply by clicking 'I Agree' Checkbox given below and pressing the 'Start' button.
b. Login using the already assigned Application Sequence no.(User ID) and Password at the time of Sign-up/Registration. The Application Sequence no.(User ID) and Password is also shared again via e-mail.
c. After logging in the candidate has to select from 3(three) available option to proceed further. The options are as follows:
1. I want to edit my application form details as per the new eligibility criteria mentioned in corrigendum.
2. I do not want to edit my application form details as per the new eligibility criteria mentioned in corrigendum
3. I want to withdraw my application and opt for fee refund (If paid)

STEP-II- Filling-up of Application details
d After selecting required option.
  1. Candidate will proceed to application form if he/she opted for update/change option and, select his/her category with other mandatory details and complete Personal Details, Qualification Details, Upload photo/signature and submit the application. (No fee is applicable for updating/changing of application.)
  2. If the candidate selects the option for not updating the application and want to continue with same details, candidate has to accept a declaration and then directly submit the application after selecting the option.
  3. In-case the candidate has opted for the withdrawal of application, he/she may fill the banking details for refund of application fee(if applicable).
e Instructions regarding scanning of Photograph and Signature: Candidates should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph and signature in Jpg/jpeg format as per the process given below:

i. Photograph Image:

  1. Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture on light background (not older than 03 weeks)
  2. Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
  3. The size of the scanned image should be upto 100 kb in jpg/ jpeg format only.
  4. For further details, please check the advertisement .

ii. Signature image:

  1. The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black ink pen.
  2. The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
  3. Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page.
  4. Size of file should be upto 100kb in Jpg/jpeg format only.
  5. For further details, please check the advertisement .
f Once the application is submitted, It will not be changed or updated under any circumstances hence it is requested to kindly check and confirm all details before final submission.
g. Guidelines for refund of fee are as under:
  1. Candidate will select the option I want to withdraw my application and opt for fee refund (If paid).
  2. Proceed further to fill banking details and submit the application.
  3. The amount shall be refunded through online mode into the bank account directly. Candidate may keep the payment transaction number safe with him for future use.
  4. Kindly ensure to fill correct details in form.
  5. Note: No request for change of bank details shall be entertained once submitted.
