INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF ON-LINE APPLICATION

General Instructions:
1. Read the Instructions carefully and select (√) "I Agree" and Press "Proceed to Register" button to proceed further.
2. For detailed Notification, click here to'Download the Detailed Advertisement' Please read it carefully before filling the on-line application.
3. Before start of filling-up of application through on-line mode, the candidate should keep ready, the following details/ documents:
  1. Valid E-mail ID & Mobile Number.
  2. Scanned copy of the recent passport size color Photograph (not older than 3 weeks). Candidates should ensure that the same photograph is used throughout this recruitment process.
  3. Scanned signature.
  4. Details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking for making application fee.
4. Category General(UR)/SC/ST/OBC/PWD once filled by candidate in the on-line application form will not be changed and no benefit of other category will be admissible.
How to Apply:
I. Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and to ensure that it is active during the entire recruitment process. Application sequence number, User ID, Password and all other important communication will be sent on the same registered e-mail ID (please ensure that email sent to this mail box is not redirected to your junk/spam folder or mobile no.)
II. Candidates should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while filling in the on-line application. YOU CAN EDIT THE INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION OF STEP-I and STEP-II. Once the form is submitted, it can't be edited.
III. The process for submitting the application for ‘Recruitment for Field Engineers & Field Officers in multiple Disciplines on Fixed Tenure Basis as per Advt. 105/2022 in SJVN’ is given below:

Step-I:Sign-up by filling-up by Post Applied Name, Candidate Name, Mobile No. and E-mail ID. The candidates will receive Application Sequence No (User ID) & Password on their registered ID or mobile number.

Step-II:Re-login and select the category and fill up the Personal Details, Qualification Details, Upload relevant documents (photo/signature) and submit fee online via Bill desk (if applicable) through net banking/debit cards/credit cards/wallets.
IV. Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn and fee once paid will neither be refunded nor adjusted.
STEP-I Sign-Up
a. Candidates agreeing the terms & conditions may apply by clicking 'I Agree' Checkbox given below and pressing the 'Start' button.
b. The candidate should fill up all the desired information i.e. Personal Details, Contact Details etc. correctly.
c. Sign-up by filling-up Post applied, Name of applicant, Mobile No. and E-mail ID. After clicking SUBMIT button/ tab, the candidates will receive Application Sequence No (User ID) & Password on their E-mail ID. Now, candidate has to Click “Log Out” tab (given on top right corner) and re-log in for Step-II. On completion of Step-I, Sign- Up mail will be received in candidate’s registered email id and mobile number confirming his singed-up along with the User ID (application sequence No.) and password.
STEP-II - Filling-up of Personal Details, Eligibility Details, Qualification Details and Upload Photo/Signature/ & Submit
d. After signed-up, candidate has to Re-login and Click on “Go To Application”tab for filling-up Personal Details, Qualification Details, Eligibility Details, and Upload photo/signature and submission of Fee (if applicable) through Online mode via Debit card, Credit card/Wallets or Internet Banking through Bill desk. .
e. Instructions regarding scanning of Photograph, Signature: Candidates should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph and signature in Jpg/jpeg format, as per the process given below:
Photograph Image:
  • Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture on light background (not older than 03 weeks).
  • Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
  • The size of the scanned image should be up to 100 kb in jpg/ jpeg format only.
Signature image:
  • The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black ink pen.
  • The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
  • Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page.
  • Size of file should be up to 100 kb in Jpg/jpeg format only.
f. Once the application is submitted, candidates automatically will be redirected to Bill desk gateway to deposit the fee. General/EWS and OBC category candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 300/- + GST@18% for engagement as Field Engineers/Field Officer.
SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from the payment of Application Fee.
g. Guidelines for remittance of fee are as under:
  1. Post submission, the candidate will be re-directed to Billdesk payment gateway to make the online payment of application fees.
  2. Kindly verify the details and make the payment for application fees via the different payment modes.
  3. After successful payment of application fees, the candidate will be redirected to his application form.
  4. Candidate may keep the payment transaction no safe with him for future use.
h. Queries/ Clarifications/Difficulties if any, may be raised under the help-desk tab available in the online application portal itself.
