Instructions:

Note:

Kindly use Edge Chromium or Mozilla Firefox (version 97 to 114) or Google Chrome (version 91 to 114) or Microsoft Edge(version 91 to 114) browser to fill in the Application Form.

It is recommended to fill in the Application Form using Desktop/Laptop.

The Application Form is compatible with Android (version 4.0 and above) and iOS (version 9 and above)

Fields marked with * are mandatory.

Read the below instructions carefully, before filling the form:

  1. The details below should be entered as they appear in the Matriculate Certificate (Class 10th Certificate) OR Equivalent certificate awarded to you. Ensure to carry the same photo identity (ID) proof to the Examination center which you are entering in the application portal. Variation in the spelling of First name or Surname will not be accepted.
    नीचे दिए गए विवरण को दर्ज किया जाना चाहिए जैसे कि यह मैट्रिक प्रमाणपत्र (कक्षा 10 वीं प्रमाणपत्र) या समकक्ष प्रमाण पत्र में दिखाई देता है। परीक्षा केंद्र में उसी फोटो पहचान प्रमाण पत्र को ले जाना सुनिश्चित करें जिसे आप आवेदन पोर्टल में दर्ज कर रहे हैं। प्रथम नाम या उपनाम की वर्तनी में भिन्नता स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।

  2. Kindly enter a valid Mobile Number and Email address. These will be used to send One Time Password (OTP).
    कृपया एक वैध मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी दर्ज करें। इनका उपयोग One Time Password (OTP) भेजने के लिए किया जाएगा।
