Read the below instructions carefully, before filling up the form:

1. The online application form filling will be in 3 stages –
   a. Stage 1- Registration.
   b. Stage 2- Detailed Application form filling (Personal, Qualification, Employment, Responsible officer information, Document upload)
   c. Stage3 – Online Application Fee Deposition.
2. Candidates will be eligible for issue of admit card only after completing all the above 3 stages of on-line application form, failing which his/her application form will be rejected.
3. Offline Application and Fee shall not be considered.

4. At the time of filling the registration form, candidate must have a valid Medical Council Registration.
   * The Candidate should ensure that the Candidate should have Rajasthan Medical Council Registration on or before the date of examination as per order number राजपत्रित/एटी/प 04/2024/217 एवं 218 दिनांक 20/05/2024 from Directorate, Health and family welfare services, Govt. of Rajasthan.
