1) Applicants must read the Notification & Online Instructions carefully to know the eligibility criteria and other requirement for filling Online Application.
2) Application submitted through On-Line does not imply that candidate has fulfilled all the criteria given in the Notification and Application is subject to subsequent scrutiny and the application can be rejected if found to be ineligible at any point of time.
3) Please go through the instructions step-by-step patiently. Application Form will be opened at the completion of all the instructions.
Step 1 : If you login for the first time, then you will have to first register by clicking on the link provided for registration New Registration.
Step 2 : Complete the Registration process by providing the details : Full Name (as in SSLC/10th Std Marks Card), Fathers Name, Mothers Name, Spouse Name, Gender, Date of Birth, E-mail ID and Mobile Number(10 digits).
Step 3 : On Successful submission of the above details, you will receive your Login ID and Password through an automated e-mail on your registered e-mail address. Which has to be used in the login page to fill & submit the online application form.
Candidates who have already registered but have lost / forgot their Password can click on Forgot Password Button and fill up the details to get their Password through Email.
Step 4 : If you have received your Login ID and Password, then go to login page enter your Login ID & Password & Click on Login. The personal & contact details will be reflected for the convenience of the Applicants.
Step 5 : View your partially filled application and you can continue with filling all the mandatory details. If required Edit your application information by erasing previous data in a particular field and upload the mandatory documents like scanned photographs, signature, Qualification Certificate and all eligible reservation certificates (in JPEG/JPG/PDF Format).Notes, Instructions and Important Links will guide you to fill the application accurately. Please read them carefully before filling up and submitting.
Step 6 : Preview the application after filling all your details, then if required edit the application form before Submit.
Note: Candidates will not be able to modify any details in their application after clicking on Final Submit Button.
Step 7 : Click on Download Challan to print the Challan and pay the prescribed fees as mentioned, in the nearest E-payment Post Offices (DD, Postal Order, Money Orders will not be accepted. Fee not paid applications will be summarily rejected).
Step 8 : Click on Logout Button anytime to close the application at any stage.
Step 9 : To check the payment status of the applied posts, please visit www.karnatakapost.gov.in after 2 days of your payment.
