INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING ONLINE APPLICATIONS

General Instructions:
1. Read the Instructions carefully and select "I Agree" and Press 'Start' button to proceed further.
2. For detailed Notification, Recruitment of Management Trainees. Please read it carefully before filling the on-line application.
3. Before starting to fill up the on-line application, the candidate should keep at hand the following details/documents:-
  1. Valid E-mail ID & Mobile Number.
  2. Scanned copy of the recent passport size color Photograph (not older than 3 weeks). Candidates should ensure that the same photograph is used throughout this recruitment process.
  3. Scanned signature
  4. Documentary proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation/10th / 12th / HSC Certificate).
  5. J&K Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
  6. Final/Provisional Degree/Certificate for Graduation and Post Graduation, if applicable. Appearing candidates can upload the latest Year/Semester Marksheet.
  7. Caste Certificate in respect of reserved categories (OBC Non Creamy Layer, SC/ST).
  8. PWD Certificate in case of Persons with Disability candidates.
  9. Service Certificate in case of Ex-servicemen
  10. Scribe Declaration form, if applicable.
4. Category [Unreserved/SC/ST/OBC] once filled by candidate in the online application form will not be changed and no benefit of other category will be admissible later on.
5. Only Indian Nationals fulfilling eligibility criteria can apply for the above posts.

How to Apply:
I. Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and to ensure that it is active during the entire recruitment process.User ID, Password and all other important communication will be sent on the same registered e-mail ID (please ensure that email sent to this mail box is not redirected to your junk/spam folder).
II. Candidates should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while filling in the on-line application. YOU CAN EDIT THE INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION. Once the form is submitted, it can't be edited.
III. The process for submitting the application for Recruitment of Management Trainees is given below:
STEP I: Sign-up by filling-up Discipline opted, Name, Original Category, Applied Category, PwD category, Mobile No. and E-mail ID. The candidates will receive User ID & Password on their registered ID.
STEP II: Re-login and complete Personal Details, Qualification Details, Upload relevant documents (photo/signature/relevant certificates) and submit Fee (if applicable) through Online mode via Debit card, Credit card or Internet Banking through State Bank Multi Option Payment System.
IV. Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn and fee once paid will neither be refunded nor adjusted.

A. Candidates agreeing the terms & conditions may apply by clicking 'I Agree' Checkbox given below and pressing the 'Start' button.

STEP-I REGISTRATION
a.Candidates agreeing Terms & Conditions of the recruitment may apply by clicking (√) in the Box & press 'START' button
b. Sign-up by filling-up Discipline opted, Name, Original Category, Applied Category, PwD Category, Mobile No. and E-mail ID. The candidates will receive User ID & Password on their registered ID.
c. On completion of Step-I candidates will receive User ID & Password on their registered email ID.

STEP-II FILLING-UP OF APPLICATION
I. After registration, candidate has to Re-login and complete Personal Details, Qualification Details, Upload photo/signature/ documents and submission of Fee (if applicable) through Online mode via Debit card, Credit card or Internet Banking through State Bank of India & Other Banks under State Bank Multi Option Payment System.
II. Instructions regarding scanning of Photograph, Signature and Certificates: Candidates should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph and signature in Jpg/jpeg format and documents in PDF format, as per the process given below:

i. Photograph Image:

  • Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture on light background (not older than 03 weeks).
  • Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
  • The size of the scanned image should be up to 100kb in jpg/ jpeg format only.

ii. Signature image:

  • The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black ink pen.
  • The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
  • Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page.
  • Size of file should be up to 100kb in jpg/ jpeg format

iii. Certificate image:

  • Please scan the relevant Certificates.
  • The size of file for certificates should be uptp 1 Mb and in PDF format only.

III. Once the application is submitted, candidates automatically will go to “Make Online Payment” and deposit the fee through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking. Candidates to note that in addition to Rs. 1000/-, the Bank charges would be extra and as applicable. Candidate may generate payment acknowledge slip for future reference.
IV. Guidelines for submitting of fee are as under:
  • Click on ‘Submit’ button. On clicking the link, the candidate will be navigated to State Bank Multi Option Payment System (SBMOPS) platform of State Bank of India portal. Select the required option for payment out of the following modes
    1. Net Banking:
      • State Bank of India
      • Other Banks Net Banking
    2. Card Payments:
      • State Bank ATM-cum-Debit Card
      • Other Banks Debit Cards
      • Credit Cards
  • In case of Net Banking option, Applicant will have to choose the bank (in case of other banks) and will be redirected to the login page of their personal banking profile.
  • In case of Cards (Credit/Debit), applicant will enter their registered Mobile No and Date of Birth with the bank. Once Applicant confirms the details then he/she will be redirected to the State Bank of India’s secure payment gateway page to enter the Card Details.
  • After successful completion, the candidate may generate e–receipt for the payment made.
