Key Instruction to the candidates

Allotment for the post of Assistant Professor on purely temporary and project based for TEQIP-III, World Bank
assisted project, implemented by the institute for the period from the date of joining for one year and extendable to
the project i.e. 30/09/2020.

NOTE:

  1. CANDIDATES IN THEIR OWN INTEREST ARE ADVISED TO APPLY & SUBMIT APPLICATION PROMPTLY AND NOT TO WAIT TILL THE LAST DATE/TIME FOR APPLYING ONLINE. NPIU SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF CANDIDATES ARE NOT ABLE TO SUBMIT THEIR PREFERENCE FORM ON ACCOUNT OF THE LAST MINUTE RUSH.
  2. CANDIDATES ARE ADVICED TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ATTACHED IN THE EMAIL SENT TO THEIR REGISTERED MAIL ID BEFORE PROCEEDING FURTHER.

Instructions For Submission of On-line Preference form

General Instructions:
1. Read the Instructions carefully and select (√) "I Agree" and Press 'START' button to proceed further.
2. For details (notification, vacancy, merit list, service agreement etc.) visit ‘http://www.teqip.in/jobopening.html’ and go through it carefully before filling-up the preferences and finally submitting the on-line preference form.
3. Before start of filling-up of application through on-line mode, the candidate should read the following relevant details, as applicable:
  1. The tentative vacancy is displayed to the candidates on www.teqip.in/jobopening.html .
  2. All the candidates displayed in Annex 4 in the TEQIP website are eligible to participate.
  3. Though the candidate can register for as many preferences as he/ she feel appropriate for the change but limited to the vacancy available, he/ she is advised to register very limited preferences of such institutes where he/ she is sure to join if allotted.
  4. The allotment of institutions will be made based on the rank and preference of the candidates. Also the allotment will be final and in future NO application for transfer shall be entertained.

How to fill the Preference form
I. Candidates should ensure that the registered valid personal E-mail ID is active during the entire engagement process. Application updates, Password and all other important communication will be sent on the same registered E-mail ID (please ensure that email sent to this mail box is not redirected to your junk/spam folder). .
II. Candidates should take utmost care in furnishing the preference(s) while filling-up the form. Once the Form is submitted, it can’t be edited. YOU CAN EDIT THE INFORMATION BEFORE THE SUBMISSION.
III. The process for submitting the Preference form is given below:
Step-I:Login by using the login credentials received at the time of registration (candidates already received Application Sequence No. (User ID) & Password on their registered e-mail ID/registered Mobile).
Step-II :Fill up as many preferences as felt appropriate but limited to the vacancy available in the post applied for.
Step-III :Verify the preferences opted and finally click on submit button once you have confirmed.
IV. Preference once submitted is final and cannot be edited.
